• This book was recommended to me by a friend. I read it in an afternoon because I know that porn is a problem inside and outside the church. I wanted to know where help can be found and this book answers that question. Porn is an addiction as harsh and deadly as any opioid or alcohol except it kills slowly - it kills love, respect, normal desire - the list goes on. Individuals, couples and families are torn apart but there is hope and help. Should be must reading in every high school in America - maybe even every grade school - and church and business.
• This book is only 100 pages, but it is filled with statistics and facts. I didn’t realize how many people are addicted to porn.
  Addiction to drugs and alcohol are bad, but porn is probably worse as it is kept hidden and the person has no one to talk to.

  Second part of book is a 4 week discussion guide. Groups that can help, on line resources and books that are available are listed.
  Addiction to porn is done by all types of people and all ages, but some young people use this as their sex education. Just think what this can do to their adult life.
  This book should be made available in schools and churches. It is easy to read and it shows how porn can destroy your life.
  If you know someone or suspect someone that is addicted to porn, buy this book and read it with them. Show them the way to get their life back. Pray with them and let them know the Lord will help to get rid of this poison.
• I suppose the only reason I gave 3 stars was because of my error in not reading the front of the book completely. There is a lot of good information in the pages, and the chapters are short and to the point, no repetitive mumbo jumbo to delve through. Could pick up and read from anywhere as there is no real beginning or ending. I didn't see a lot of reference to porn being a disease that affects women, most references were regarding men; but sadly we know women are fast becoming slaves to porn.
• Pornography is an addiction that affects many people, even born again Christians. This is not a young person's problem. This is not a man's problem. This is a problem that is gutting the church. It afflicts men and woman, young and old.
  This book explains the toll pornography takes on the mind and lives of people. This book offers group study discussion ideas at the end of the book plus online resources to help if you know someone struggling with this. I highly recommend this as a resorce for pastors, Bible study groups and to the layperson who needs insight.
• An addiction or appetite for porn is sought after to temporarily fill an emptiness. It may satisfy a fleshly appetite, but creates a wall and a barrier in your relationship with God. This books provides applicable tools to break the devastation and unhealthy appetite it causes for the believer. Not only to break, but to abstain and break this cyber soul tie. The four week discussion guide is a powerful tool to help cultivate transparency in this often ignored subject in the church.
